Aspiring to mould competent engineers of tomorrow, Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering, Mumbai, backed by SVKM have always motivated students to exhibit proficiency by achieving accolades in national and international competitions.

There are 11 diligent teams of students in the department under the SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) collegiate club that encourage competitiveness in automotive engineering.

By creating a competitive ambience exclusively suited for the development of the students, and not only offering opportunities, but inspiring them to push their limits, DJSCE has carved a niche for itself. Under the guidance of the Principal Dr. Hari Vasudevan, Head of the department Dr. Atul Dhale, SAE chairman Dr. K. N. Vijaya Kumar and Faculty advisors Dr. Meeta Gandhi and Prof. Rajnarayan Yadav and other faculty members, the future engineers of the institute are set to make a difference to the society.
